Grupetto Group Waiver/Disclaimer Statement
By joining this WhatsApp group & participating in any rides or events organized by the Grupetto, you acknowledge & agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation: You are voluntarily participating in group rides & any related activities. You understand that cycling is an inherently risky activity & involves the potential for accidents, injuries, or mishaps.
   
2. Assumption of Risk: You accept full responsibility for your own safety & well-being during any ride or event. You are aware that roads, trails, & cycling conditions can be unpredictable, & you assume all risks associated with cycling, including, but not limited to, falls, collisions with vehicles, other cyclists, or pedestrians, & road/trail hazards.
   
3. No Liability: The organizers, administrators, & any individuals associated with this WhatsApp group are not liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of participating in rides or group activities. You understand that the organizers do not provide professional guidance or cycling supervision, & you join the rides at your own risk.
   
4. Legal Responsibility: By participating in the rides, you waive any legal claims, lawsuits, or demands for compensation against the group organizers, fellow riders, or any related parties. You agree that the group organizers are not responsible for your personal safety, property damage, or any injury that may occur while cycling.
   
5. Personal Responsibility: You agree to abide by all traffic laws, wear proper safety equipment (such as helmets), & take responsibility for your own actions during the rides. You are responsible for ensuring that your bicycle is in proper working order & for carrying necessary personal insurance coverage.
   
   By remaining in this group & participating in any group activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, & agree to this waiver/disclaimer. You further understand that participation is entirely at your own risk, & you are solely responsible for your safety & any consequences that arise from your participation.
   
   If you do not agree to these terms, please exit the group immediately.
